headspaceReviews of headspace.com

Found it impossible to cancel before subscription kicks in. The emails i sent to headspace help centre to help with this issue never got answered and now got smacked with $100 subscription fee. Hope kharma police will sort these guys out.

Loved the sleepcasts so bought a year subscription. After a few weeks only 3 of 25 sleepcasts are unlocked. Now to access all sleepcasts you must buy headspace plus. Brutal.

I should have read these reviews before I suckered into the two week trial that magically converted to a paid subscription. I asked for a refund and nothing happened. Contacting them through twitter sounds outrageous but I will try it.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Unfortunately they spent all their money developing their product and none on customer service. They partake in an extraordinarily illegal and suspect procedure of auto-renewing without notifying you, then never respond to your requests for a refund, even though their website says you're entitled to a refund within 30 days. They're really just one class action lawsuit away from going bankrupt. I guess their execs could use their product once that happens.

Terrible service. Like endless others I have been charged the renew subscription without warning. Emails go unanswered. It's disgraceful how they have behaved. I will never use their services again, and I will advise anyone against using them if asked.

The same bad experience as everyone else here. I paid for an annual discounted membership last year and this year they automatically took out £71.88 for another year without any prior notification. I’ve emailed headspace 5 x in a week and received no response. Finally I rung my credit card company and they have blocked the payment.

I signed up for the free trial but cancelled as spotify had better sleep music, which was what I was looking for. Seven days later I was charged. I emailed help again. No response. It's now been 2 weeks and they have yet to respond or reverse the charge. There is no way to cancel the membership as it doesn't show up on play store. It tells you to email the email they don't respond to. As far as I know I M still signed up and will be charged again. Going to have to get my credit card company to investigate.

Free 2 week trial - thankfully I signed up with a temporary card because I wanted to try their service out. Explained they would give you advanced notice before the trial ends and they start charging you. They lied and/or failed to do so. Tried to charge my card and did not reply to any emails. Avoid this company like a public toilet at a summer music festival.
