Good phone service and really helpful people
I had been on the phone all day trying to get ahold of my medicaid to figure out why my insurance was on pause, once I had been transferred to someone that wasn't a robot system I had much better costumer service on figuring out what I needed to do to get my review for my insurance figured out.
