Very courteous lady very wise God bless you

1 1/2 hours of redundant questions. Not to mention that some questions were used to try to sell other coverage like dental and life insurance. I was just looking to compare medical coverage but my time was wasted because the agents were not as much interested in the Medicare but more interested in upselling.

The customer service was excellent. I spoke to 3 people and all 3 were fantastic. I know so much more now that I have switched from Fidelis. I'm grateful for the attention they gave me.

Everything was fine,until the last person I talked to had a problem finding a page. Said he would call back in an hour. Didn't hear back.

Everyone from the lady at the front window... to the nurse and doctor were all very nice and courteous... They made me feel like I mattered...

Very knowledgeable a d friendly staff

I felt like they were trying to sell me something very confusing at first with all the craziness of trying to find a insurance plan is hard enough without extra pressure
