It’s hard to see any reviews with less than 5 stars, but sadly I too received a call back from a customer service representative stating someone would give me a call within 24 hours plus I would receive an email about our conversation and my issues. That never happened but I emailed my previous customer service representative Natasha and she took immediate action to satisfy my needs as a repeated customer for years! Don’t give up communicating with this company because they do care about their customers, it’s just might be one employee not doing their job that is the issue. The products are top notch in every category and usually their customer service department is very knowledgeable and reliable to satisfy customers. Thank you Natasha! Happy Customer For Life

Update: January 2026. Mercedes at Healthyline finally reached out to me via email. She replaced my mat after I returned the damaged one. It took awhile to reach someone but they did stand behind their product. Chair mat was okay for a year. Then the back collapsed. I purchased a 5 year warranty. I have made 3 phone calls with no one available to answer. Sent 3 emails with photos to customer service. No response except for one callback at 6am in my time zone and phone was on silent mode.

I had a problem with my Healthy Line infrared mat. Cindy was extremely helpful. She determined if my mat was still covered by warranty and led me through the paperwork to get a new mat. She was helpful, friendly, and made everything painless. Kudos to Cindy in particular and to Healthy Line for their support staff. More companies could learn from the Healthy Line customer service model. I have loved my mat and just received my new one.
