I had to make three phone calls just to put an order in because they transferred me over to the doctor which he never picked up and never called me back

Good morninng, George, Our medical staff can get very busy at times. When you are transferred to a doctor and you get voicemail, leave you name and number as directed. If the doctor NEEDS to get back to you, they will. They have all your information necessary to make a decision. Otherwise, they will push your order through for delivery. It's just that simple. we designed it that way.

Your package is out for delivery today, Monday, 1/13/2025 6:10 am That is 4 business days. That is good considering the storms that have been rolling through the mid-eastern part of the US. Please be patient and allow the Postal Service proper time to fulfill their shipping.

The product is the product. So it comes down to service and price. Played phone tag with the Dr. Took a week to get product. Extravagantly over priced. I have since found the same product for 1/5 of your cost.

My order which I paid next day shipping for still has not arrived. I placed the order on the 28th. Of January and today is the 1st of February..

FULFILLMENT OF THIS ORDER WAS DUE TO WEATHER AND NOT WITHIN CONTROL OF SELLER OR SHIPPER. Hello Zachary, You placed your order on Sunday, January 29th at 6:27p. Your order ought to have shipped Monday, January 30th for a Tuesday, January 31st delivery. However, severe ice storms shut down the FedEx main hub in Memphis, TN for the entire week. FedEx scrambled to get your package to you on Saturday, February 4th, at 2:18p, once it was deemed safe to release their planes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you personally.

The dosage that I received were 25 mg little or nothing to help me I would not recommend buying this product unless the dosage were increased and proven to work.

Hello Jeff, Thank you for your candid review. Your order consisted of 25mg pills which is very effective for many people, but not everyone. It is suggested that a dosage of 50mg (2 pills) be tried. Make sure that the pills are taken on an empty stomach, otherwise they may be ineffective. All the pills we sell are the same strength, and do the same thing, however everybody's body chemistry is different. Try a different brand, you may find one works better for you than another. The only difference you may see is that one will work better with your body chemistry than another one. It is recommended that you try a few of each kind. There are no guarantees on pharmaceutical medications. It is very important that this medication be taken correctly for it to take effect. You must take this medication on an empty stomach! Take this medication 30-45 minutes before you eat, or a minimum of 4 hours after you eat.
