I had to go back several times to the agent whom I ordered the hearing aid from on Hear.com. I did not get the correct pricing after several repeated attempts. I finally called his manager, and hopefully, I will get it corrected now. In addition, when my hearing aid was shipped to Audiologist, it was sent to the wrong address, and they had to send another unit. And finally, whe I did get my unit, it did not come with any NoWax inserts. The Audiologist said I needed to come back to get them....25 miles away, as he would not send them to me. In the end, I am happy with the hearing aid, but the process was not the best.

I have a great experience with my hearing device. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I think there could be a more detailed instructions for cleaning the hearing aids.

I am happy with the hearing aids purchased, but feel directed to buy a particular brand and sent to a provider who offered no other options. Although other options are in the provider's shop, Sieman's was the only conversation on the first and second visits. This leaves me, the customer, feeling a bit railroaded. Once I was working with the provider, the calls from the referring source were annoying. The representative was persistent in talking with me even though I was established with the provider. Again, in whose interest are we serving here? Is it the vendor, or the provider, or the customer? It wasn't a very smooth scam. All of this being noted, I am happy for the most part with the Sieman's hear aid. I thought the hearing aid specialist was very good--not excellent. She was was knowledgeable about the product up to discussing the tennitus hearing solution. Luckily she was attending a conference to learn more. Yet, on my first visit she touted the benefits of Sieman's adjustment feature for tennitus, but was not aware of exactly how to adjust it for the individual customer. So in summary, take all of this into consideration and what would you conclude? A forgone sale, or an honest effort to help an individual with significant hearing loss. You answer the question and let me know. I've been in health care for 34 years. You need to change your approach. The only reason I am giving this a three star is that I've figured out a lot on my own and am using the product regularly. But conveniently, I have nothing to compare it to, do I? Regards, John

I don't really understand the purpose of the service. They did what I had already done myself. There has been no follow up. I guess I don't need follow up.

Service before and during examination were excellent but have not had a good follow up experience. Emailed for an appointment last week and have not heard back. Also were supposed to receive batteries but had not.

The spokesman for Hear.com had a standard pitch. He could not answer any technical question about the devise that had led me to your company. Nevertheless I went to the Ophthalmologist and he checked my Phonak hearing aids; after updating the electronics he said, and I agreed, that they were much better and satisfactory.

Hear.com was helpful in finding a local hearing aid doctor who did a good job in testing my hearing, and then fitting me into a fairly good hearing aid. They seemed to work well with the exception that the batteries needed to be replaced after 3 days of use. I find this to be highly excessive and a large future commitment to expense. The reason I rate only 3 stars is that I was told I did not need to pay any money until after my 45 day trial period. However, the credit company demanded I pay after just a couple weeks, and then added a late fee. Hear.com did not tell me this or agree with those terns, yet if I didn't pay the credit company as they demanded, then my credit would reflect bad credit due to nonpayment by bill collectors. Thus, in order to keep my credit rating a perfect score as it currently is, I returned the hearing aids to avoid any further conflicts.

I am in trial period and still having some issues witch I am trying to resolve with my audiologist, therefor I am not able to rate my hearing aid properly, I will rate it in a few weeks.
