Always friendly and professional. They know me well and are very responsive to my specific needs and requests. Highly recommended! So far, the company (staff) has done a very good job getting me set up, tested and adjusted as needed. I understand that this process takes some time but I have high hopes that this will curb the ‘noise’ and get my hearing back to what it was -NO INTERFERENCE!!

I started wearing hearing aids a year ago, and I'm pleased with how they have helped! Chelli and Taya were great from my very first meeting and with the follow-ups. They explained well about how the ears and the brain work together, and learned a lot from the computer graphics showing what my hearing situation was/is.
