I personally found the communication to be good. I read some other reviews saying they had challenges but fortunately that wasn’t the case in my experience. My maxi was well packaged and only had some cosmetic rubbing wear probably incurred during the shipping process. Otherwise, setup was super easy and the app is intuitive and straightforward. I’ve only had the unit heating for less than a day but I’m excited about it. I plan to use it in my basement home gym.

Just in time for Christmas! What a gift! I've played with this thing a few different ways...trying out what works best for us. Found our sweet spot and the sats are just stacking, by design. Gives off good heat when we want it and also shows us when an air diffuser with essential oils Actually makes our inside air quality worse! Who knew! In the morning, I put massage rocks on top so they can get warm for our hands on the way to work in the morning too! What a bonus. Full disclosure...I only set them on top. 80% of the grill is still clear. Don't want to disrupt airflow!

Setup was a breeze. Very fast and easy to get running, anyone can do it. If you have any questions, their support was very responsive and great to deal with. It's obvious to me that they care about their products and reputation and will continue to improve for future developments.

Much improved over the last 2 months! I have received my Heatbit Maxi and the customer care team has helped to resolve the delivery of my second unit. I am pleased with the product and the outcomes. Naturally, I hope my experience will produce a learning opportunity for Heatbit and help them improve the experience of this wonderful leap into consumer products that produce and not just consume.

I am a proud new owner of a Heatbit Maxi Pro. This has been absolutely worth the wait. It took all of 5 minutes to start mining- I literally sat looking at the app and the satoshis started to trickle in. It was slow, but it’s a steady drop of satoshis. The trickle doesn’t stop! Not only that, our Heatbit puts out steady heat that I happily warm my hands with. My heat pump is noticeably on less now. And did I mention I’m converting electricity to heat and earning Bitcoin?…What a time to be alive!
