Customer service and delivery team were amazing!!! They constantly communicated status updates and even gave us a heads up when they were one hour out from house. Our new dining table arrived in perfect condition. It made our house feel like a home….Definitely buying more items from this company!

I took time off from work, spent the entire day waiting for my delivery only to be utterly disappointed with a no show by metropolitan warehouse and delivery. This was not the first time Metro stiffed me and postponed my delivery date.

Hello Jeremy, I am so sorry to hear about the issues with your delivery date with Metropolitan Freight. Per the communication we see, their driver had to cancel the delivery due to a mechanical break down with their truck. I know that must be incredibly frustrating to take time out of your day only to be told after the fact that the delivery isn't being completed. I've instructed one of our team members to reach out to you this morning and work on getting this resolved. We will make sure to do everything we can to make this right. - The HedgeApple Team

First and foremost, my table is beautiful. It’s an art piece! The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 was because my delivery date was moved, but it did arrive and I was very happy with my product.

I've worked with Amber on my orders. She is extremely helpful and proactive in sharing information about timing of shipping. I enjoy working with her very much.
