Not everyone is always nice to our unpaid volunteers, but it's people like you who appreciate what we do that keeps us going. A lot of companies try to hide their downtime and their issues behind a private ticket system, and keep a steady stream of useless upgrade demands blasting your inbox every day. We always try to keep our customers informed and keep the community up to date with what is going on, but also strive to keep the emails we send at a reasonable level with only very important information being sent to you. A lot of people are completely shocked by how few emails we send, and we will never sell your email address or any other private information to advertisers.

Thanks for the 5 star review, Oscar! It looks like you haven't been upgraded to the new Tommy server yet, so I went ahead and started moving you. If you think the old Tommy performed well, just wait until you see how much faster Tommy2 is. Since you created your account in 2019 you got to experience the old control panel that we used to use. People used to complain about how confusing it was, and how they could never figure out how to do anything. When we switched to Plesk pretty much everyone has given positive responses about how much easier it is to figure out. Let us know if you need help with anything.
