Helium 10Reviews of helium10.com

Had a horrible experience with their tools, and getting a refund was a nightmare. Their tools didn't work as promised, and couldn't refund, totally a scam. I purchased this morning and 30 mins later I requested a refund, but couldn;t get refunded. You'll find it nearly impossible to get a refund, a common issue with many scam websites. A reminder: don't believe everything they claim on their plan description page; they can explain things in their favor, and policies keep changing. Interestingly, they also have discrimination against customers from different regions. Plans in China are much cheaper than those in the US, and the plan content varies significantly.

I've been using Helium10 for a while, more than a year actually. It's a bit too expensive (just my opinion) but on the other hand offers a lot. I was able to do the Amazon FBA course (I am still coming back to some lessons), find my 1st product thanks to the black box, and Magneto and Cerebro really helped me with my Amazon KDP. The only advice I have for you is to be more selective with companies that are in your seller solutions hub ;)

Don’t ever pause/hold your Helium10 Subscription. If you forget to cancel they will charge you and even if you reach out to them the very day of the start of the subscription. The Customer service tries to delay request. Most companies they refund the charge if you are not intending to use their service as it’s an advance payment but not them. They are using cheap tricks of offering Hold subscription offer and make money. Don’t fall for it!

First week in and one of the features-the demand analyzer doesn't work. Customer support t just says they will escalate it with no knowledge of when the feature will work again or be fixed. Still not working and customer support is not helpful or knowledgeable just frustrating. I just subscribed to Jungle Scout, so far so good. There was a problem and support sent an email and fixed in less than 24 hours. I'm still waiting with Helium 10...

predatory customer service focused on customer retention by not listening to customer. Contacted them before trial ended to cancel subcription... they "spoke nicely" about the benefits of their company and blah blah... like my demand was simple, return my money for a service not used. They do not understand the severity of this. I can not be the only person who had a free trial and didnt use the service after but was charged. They fail to understand. Their incompetence is already showing from the large amount of 1 star reviews. Maybe if they had an actual customer service team.... they would be better. This disgust me. And rather than understand the situation, they quoted the terms and conditions.... thank you for that... thank you for wasting my time. Now when there is a class action law suit, I will make sure to bring up those terms and conditions. You chose the wrong person to be unfair to. I will get to the bottom of this. edit: found more than 6 people with this issue, if trustpilot allows this, i will input my email here and contact my lawyer who will set up a class action for everyone who has dealt with this fraudulent company.

These guys are a scam. Their data is not accurate for example the rank they show for a listing in their software is different from the ranking that comes when you actually search a keyword. Secondly they trap you when you subscribe to their service as there is no straightforward cancellation option available. They first give you 20% discount when you want to use the cancel option. If you disagree they give you the option to pause for a few months. This is the actual trap as when you pause you may forget to again get into to idiotic lengthy chats with customer service to cancel and they reactivate and charge you at the end of the pause period. If you contact them to cancel and refund. They simply refuse whether you have used the service or not. Beware of this scam

Horrible customer services. they are only after people money.

SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE
