To be fair, my package was left out in the rain by the courier so I ended up just buying it elsewhere instead. Save yourself the headache.

I really hoped for a better experience with my Helix mattress. While the firmness is decent and the side support is okay, I found it a bit too hard for my liking. I also didn’t realize the smell it gave off when I first unboxed it; it took a couple of days to air out. Plus, the delivery was later than quoted, which was frustrating. I expected more for the price, and now I’m second-guessing my choice, wishing I’d opted for a different model.

They say it will ship out in 3-7 days. It has been 12. There is not update on my order status. I email; no response. Then I use the online "chat with an agent, bypass their AI chat and finally get a live person. not They then tell me a label was made so that means it is on a FedEx truck (that's not what that means, pretty self-explanatory). I can't speak to the mattress quality because it isn't here yet. Customer serivce is 90% just being honest and communicative, even when it is bad news. This experience is enough I won't be trying them out again.

They said my mattress was a cooling mattress and it does not feel like it is cooling. I been waking up with my back hurting, I am not too happy with my mattress, especially since I am going through menopause and the mattress does not feel cool even when I am not going through one of my moments.

The ordering process with our helix mattress was fine and the timelines clearly stated on their website for delivery and White glove service are in accurate. We are now at 21 business days until we will receive our mattress. So we paid for a service that isn’t actually white glove. I cannot speak for the mattress itself because it still hasn’t arrived.

I recently bought a Helix mattress with the frame and foundation. I have issues with the frame and the Helix customer service has been horrible in helping me. The mattress is just Ok. I think I paid way too much money for it. Please check out other options. since once you order from Helix, they will no longer be involved in helping you.

Ordered a Birch queen mattress and topper in June. Both were delivered timely (albeit the topper was poorly packaged). I realized over a month later (I had to hire someone to help me carry the mattress upstairs) that they had shipped me a cal king topper instead of the queen I ordered. I contacted them, and they said they were shipping out the correct topper in 5-10 business days and would have FedEx pick up the cal king topper. 15 days later, the topper is still “in production”, and I have 3 emails and 4 tweets into them asking for a status update that have gone unanswered (not to mention a giant box still in my living room and a sore back, since the mattress without the topper is uncomfortable). I don’t recommend this company, especially since there are about 100 other companies out there making similar direct-to-consumer, mattress-in-a-box products.
