Your system is not user friendly as…
Your system is not user friendly as being not allowing entering inventory, reaching analytics and data, issuing refund etc.

Would like to have open sizing for…
Would like to have open sizing for product. Setting a minimum of 4 items, but let the customer choose the sizing for those 4 options.

Abound has been amazing
Abound has been amazing at helping ne get my name and products out there. I just think the platform itself could use a few upgrades to make it easier to navigate and use. Like adding quantity on inventory, adding filters to the products pages, and even better would be to allow it to connect to other platforms like shopify and commentsold. Abound has really improved with the upgrades it has implemented in just the short time I have been a member of it. I look forward to the improvements and upgrades to come!

Everything was great minus the shipping
When everything finally arrived, it was great quality products I received. However, the shipping was a hassle. I think that's more of a reflection on UPS than anything else. I appreciate that abound handled the situation, but do not prefer UPS as a carrier in general. My lids and containers left on the same truck, and the lids delivered, but the containers (with the same address) were re-routed to New York, and as a result, I wasted a lot of time on the phone and online with UPS. As someone who works a full-time (overtime) job, with an additional side career, that was not time that I had to give. If we are able to use Fedex instead, I will definitely order with Abound again.

The products I've received have been great. One of my orders was cancelled without notifying me. I also think shipping from some sellers are too slow.

I am very happy with the products I receive from Abound. The vendors have been helpful and of quality. I have always experienced good customer service and timely deliveries. I wish I lived in an area that I could get the suggested retail prices.
