We cannot seem to find any customers on Abound. Business has slowly declined but we would love to build it back up again!

We are a large established company having been in business for more that 20 years and in over 2000 stores - we wanted to join the Abound team, but it's almost been two weeks and they keep saying they are receiving to many applications and cannot be sure when we can apply to be a seller - we have so many retail customers to bring to this platform but we can't even apply after waiting weeks so they are missing out on our business and we feel we have to use another platform as they don't want our business or retailers

**Update** *ABOUND fixed the issue on their end but the brand didn't and hasn't even responded to Abound. I hope that this will help make things work smoother for shoppers who have issues with the brand not Abound. Issue still not resolved haven't received refund, credit back nor the product that was ordered in March. Communication not great from the brand.

Abound is our slowest wholesale platform. It may just be that it's not a great platform for our category of stationery.

I expected a lot more from Abound in terms of orders. There is also no way to see analytics which can be helpful.
