Overall for telehealth, it's adequate. There is definitely a loss of bedside care, as well as the practitioner's right hand knowing what the left hand is doing. Ability to complete intake and appointment questionnaires is easy. But I've had problems with scripts sent to the wrong pharmacy. Plus the practitioner doesn't complete the Prior Auth paperwork, so when it was denied, she didn't know what criteria was used.

The providers were nice enough and knowledgeable, but you have to call y oh r insurance and still go through your primary care physician to get everything before you can get anything filled, so it kind of defeats the purpose.

I did not reactivate my account i told them but they dont care they only care about money i will be disputing it with my credit card company
