Extremely hard to get a response from a provider and then when I do it’s a different one each time. They don’t take mental health seriously

This is a great app to have all of your health issues addressed fast and efficiently. I’ve had no complaints about my experience. I had to change my medication once because the pharmacy was out and it was Friday night, I reached back out to the provider and she was able to change the medication to something they had to start my treatment.
