I never received an email confirmation that my med was sent. My insurance will not cover wejovy. The pharmacy has been trying to contact this company for alternative meds and no reply. I never got the help I needed.

I've been a patient since September of 2022 and it has been a positive experience thus far. Thank you for offering this service because I otherwise wouldn't have been able to receive the care I needed.

I have been a patient of Hello Alpha since September 2022. I have always been treated with kindness, respect and compassion. Every person I have interacted with, has been wonderful! There is absolutely no stress involved. I accidentally signed up twice and was charged twice. I reached out to customer service and I received a refund and an apology for the confusion! Amazing!
