So frustrating, they charged me for two months of medication but they had some sort of issue with the pharmacy and I never got my medication. Then it took them several weeks to refund my money. They are sometimes slow to respond in messages. I don’t have insurance so I don’t have many choices but I wouldn’t be using Alpha Medical if I didn’t have to.
