They don't really help like they used to. You just pay the $35 for information you could Google. Before you could actually get them to help by calling you in an actual antibiotic. I mean you know if something is wrong with you that requires an antibiotic.

I was skepital to give an online doctor a chance but they have been great. I have 3 different prescriptions through them and the intake was very seamless. Their response time is usually within a few hours at the most.

I have never had any issues with Alpha sometime there is a delay in response but when they have a lot of members sending in request then of course there is a delay in response. I requested for them to submit a PA to my insurance and it was submitted the same day and approved the next day!!! I love alpha!!

I went to Alpha for asthma relief. Their prescription for a basic albuterol intake was one every 4 months. Ridiculous. Wouldn't respond to my inquires about that. Then, they kept saying my insurance was denying claims. I'm not one to defend insurance companies, but when i contacted mine, no claims were ever filed to be denied. I canceled my membership, but they won't stop sending me "reminders for more info". Support is a joke.

I have been with Hello Alpha since September and the response time has been fantastic. A couple of months back it was very busy but even then response time was within 5 days or so. I primarily had Dr G and she was very responsive but the back up support has been great as well. I will definitely continue using Alpha!!!
