The website is not user friendly and since this is a web-based business this is a big problem. I've often had the experience of asking a question about medication or the site and have gotten a canned response which makes me think no intelligent person is reading my message and understanding the problem I'm having. Or I get a response that says I'm using the site wrong with no additional HELPUL instruction on how to use the site properly. The customer service is prompt, but if they are not addressing the correct problem how good it is? I feel like I'm in a Monty Python sketch.
