Once they got every straightened out it's been great

I left a message regarding this prescription. I need the next higher dosage. Then you sent the same dosage to me. This stuff is not cheap either.

Alpha was very helpful with prescribing my medication and they were so fast with shipping my orders to me. I had such a great experience that I recommended this app to my boyfriend and he now uses it for his medication.

They had their last chance. Cancelling for good. Horrible customer service.

The service and patient care is outstanding. Questions are answered promptly and items are shipped in a timely manner.

Easy way to get meds. Messaging back and forth to provider a little cumbersome but if you don’t an urgent need it’s a great way to get the meds you need.

I like the concept of what this company is trying to do for people. It is not for me though.
