Excellent service

I explained how I have bad anxiety and also bad depression but that the meds that I’m on are helping the depression and wanted to know if there was something else I could take for anxiety. Instead of just telling me “no” I was repeatedly pressured into changing my antidepressants even though I refused new antidepressants about 3 times. Also the packaging of the first bottle vs the refill leads me to believe that the nice little discreet box with cute things inside is is just a sell to get you to stay, my refill was sent in a beat up bubble mailer that caused the actual pill bottle to dent.

I've used them over a year and the only problem I have ever had with Alpha Medical is that they didn't send me any warnings that my prescription was going to end soon and I went about a week without birth control.

I ordered a birth control and never got it. I'm fairly sure I was charged for it but it still isn't here a week or two later.. and I've messaged the care team about it which says on the messenger "responds within 24 hours." It's been 3 days and I still haven't gotten a response. I'm pissed.

Easy and fast. There was a problem with me being prescribed my first prescription which is the doctor resolved very quickly

I've received several medications. However, I received an email today stating that my medication was delivered. It was not. I never received it. Not to happy. 😔.
