Very fast and prompt with prescription delivery

The service with Alpha Medical has been great. They're fast and responsive. I previously tried a different service and it was difficult to get in touch with anyone or to update my prescription as needed. I've never had an issue with Alpha. Plus, I love getting the little surprises with my orders!

So far this has been a wonderful experience...much easier talking with a physician online.

While I ultimately received the treatment I was seeking, from approval of my prescription to receiving it took almost a month. This is due to a lag in response time from messages as well as the Alpha team not following up on the status of orders. I was told once I was approved it would be received within 5-10 business days. Two weeks went by with nothing. I inquired and there was an issue with the pharmacy on their end. Had to reorder and waited another week and a half. Should have been a much easier, faster process. To boot, they charged me twice and I had to call to get that fixed as well. Definitely not as easy or straightforward as I had hoped.
