The platform is a pain in the ass. I'm trying to reply to my doctor, and it gets rerouted to the support team. And it takes a day for them to reply, so it'd be another day before the doc gets my message. It's just very inefficient. However, everyone is super nice and they are very affordable. The plus side is that they take insurance too.
