I asked a straight forward question [why was I paying the same price for a generic form of drug]. The answer seemed to be a run around answer that did not take care of my concern; Telling me to price shop pharmacies, to find a better price [between Latisse and the generic form]. More frustrating than helpful.

I was able to fill out a form with my medical information, input my insurance information, email with a doctor and get a subscription for WeGovy. I’ve tried talking to my primary physician about weight loss and her response was always “exercise more, eat 1200 calories.” I was relieved to actually have an opportunity to be heard and get the medication that I wanted to try. This was an easy process and the medical team I work with listens to my feedback monitors my weight and lifestyle decisions. Their pharmacy is also legit. They use my insurance and overnight ship my medication straight to my house— no trips to a pharmacy needed. The medication is shipped in an insulated cold box so the medication stays cold as required. Definitely happy I took a chance with helloalpha. Highly recommend.

Pretty slick and easy to get started. The medical professionals are responsive and listen to you. Always felt like I was interacting with a caring human. Also, it’s fairly inexpensive. My issue is they have “forgotten” to send my prescription to the pharmacy on two separate occasions. This most recent time I had to message twice before it actually got sent and was finally delivered an entire month late.

Such a convenient and effect way to take care of my overall health.
