The process was pretty simple filling out the information from my previous doctors to not only be able to continue my medication in a new state, but to include a daily inhaler which has been keeping my breathing under much better control. The efficiency is great as the medication ships and comes straight to the house so I don't have to schedule time off for doctors visits or going to pharmacies.

Hello, I have had an overall good experience with Alpha. The price structure is great, and I communicated quickly and easily with my provider. However, I just got my first prescription and noticed it does not have refills. I am not sure how to go about getting a refill. Do I have to make another appointment? None of those instructions are clear. Thanks, Ashley

After spending almost $100 all they did was refer me to go see another physician - it is a referral scam which take consultation money for nothing.
