Responsive, concerned about my health, very expensive

Paid $30 for out of pocket medication to be mailed prior to a business trip. Have at least 10 days notice and asked for options. Had to follow up since never heard back. Medication was never sent, and $30 was never returned. Had to pay out of pocket to pick it up from a local pharmacy on my way out of town. Such a bummer, normally wonderful assistance.
