Easy and fast process. Would recommend

I signed up for hello Alpha last night, paid the $30 woke up this morning the physician had prescribed the medication to my local pharmacy… I had an issue with prior authorization it’s difficult to reach someone to assist with is and when you finally do they say it’s takes up to 2 weeks to fill a prior authorization. I printed a coupon from the contrave website and used along with GoodRx and paid less than it would have cost with my insurance. Overall the process is fairly simple but when you need assistance it can be difficult. Just started the contrave today so I’ll update soon.

Everything was super easy and communication was great about any questions you have. The only thing is one shipment arrived after I had ran out of meds so just be ware it can happen. Other than that I love this !
