I looove HelloAlpha. I use a few of their services and they are quick you can use insurance and are fast at getting the medicine you need. Even though its online if something is not in network they will work with you to find something similar that does. Honestly I love the check ins and I will not stop using their services

I can't believe you just sent me the same prescription at the same dosage that I had an adverse reaction to. I am sending it back. Looks to me there is a lack of communication in your company. Do not send me any more prescriptions. I also asked for a verified price on a prescription and never received it.

Annoyed. I get an email that my items are at my door delivered but they show up later in the week. I reach out to customer support and they act like I am confused about the delivery date, which I am since THEY (Alpha)sent an email that says your items have been delivered but nothing has been delivered and my items are still in transit. Stop sending the delivery email before the items are due to be delivered. I never know if my meds are stolen or in transit.
