Quick, correct, effective treatment

I like the convenience of having them shipped to me, but if I decide to skip over white pills and stay on the active birth control pills, I run out way before I get another shipment. I’ve even done some months using most of the white pills & still am outta regular pills and waiting before new ones are shipped out? I haven’t actually looked into if I can change the frequency of shipping though, so maybe that’s an option?

Amazing, effective, & efficient

I was very mislead during the process of filling out my info for a BV infection. At no point was I warned that the consultation would take 24 hours to complete. I can go to other slightly more expensive sites and get my BV treatment for $65 the next day. Now I have to do that anyway. Thanks a lot alpha for misleading me. If I don’t get my $30 back Im going to make a bigger stink about this. I went to khealth and got the entire process from consultation to prescription for $42. But I wasted $30 with alpha. Pretty crappy that you don’t have the option to cancel BEFORE the consultation goes to the doctor. No wonder they have you enter the payment info so early in the signing up process. Also the prescription they gave me cost $55 versus what khealth sent to the pharmacy that cost only $16 antibiotics. The fact that alpha won’t refund me the small amount of $30 where as they would rather argue that they have a right to the money i submitted (without even realizing I finished the payment process and would be charged) just shows that they have an intentionally non transparent process. There was no option to cancel once I clicked the button. No empathy for customer here. So glad I went with khealth. The care team Im being told to contact is adamant that I cannot get a refund even though I asked with a full 24 hours in advance to cancel. They ignored my message and did the consultation anyways. Most platforms let you cancel during the consultation or ask you to confirm that you understand what you are buying before submitting payment, giving you one final option to cancel. I told my roommate about this and she was furious and told me to report it. So far I only know to report on trust pilot here and I hooe trust pilot looks into alpha.
