Quick easy fast treatment and shipping

My doctor retired right before the COVID lockdown so it wasn't a great time to look for a new one, but I still needed my asthma prescription renewed. The process was easy to follow and my prescription was waiting at my local pharmacy the next day. I had an issue with my health insurance and communication with Alpha was quick and they were very helpful. I was happy with the process and have even used them for another ongoing prescription.

I have not had any issues at all.

I was trying out this website until my new health insurance kicked in and I was happy to see that I was able to get my medication for relatively fair and decent prices, that is until they charged me almost twice the amount for a medication AFTER I paid for my medication. I paid for my visit and medication up front and then a week later was charged a higher amount without any sort of reason. I tried to get in contact with customer service to understand why the price suddenly changed or why I wasn't at least told upfront that my medication price had increased, and didn't get an answer. It took me contacting my bank for them to reach out to me but they still didn't explain why I was charged a much higher amount or why. I feel like I would not have received an answer if I didn't reach out to my bank to help. I am still in the process of asking for clarification as to why the medication price changed and they charged me twice, and have just been answered condescendingly with "Who told you that it would be this price?" Despite the actual website itself, and the checkout screen telling me it was that price. Oh and me paying that price. So far I'm happy with my provider but I'm not happy at all that they charged me twice and didn't tell me why or give any reason. I will continue my service until my new insurance kicks in, but so far I'm not happy and if you're looking into signing up with them, just know that the price of your medication you pay for might randomly skyrocket and they won't tell you why or when it does.

I loved Alpha Medical! Great customer friendly service! Always got back to me right away to answer any of my questions. prescription always on time!! But I don know what happened?? all of a sudden i wait days and days for an email reply, My medicine was cut in half and i dont know why?? Nothing seems the same and I sure do miss the customer care they once had!! I will say the prescriptions are still right on time even though its not the original dosage of medicine we had started and agreed on. I hope things return to normal soon!! thank you!!!
