They took my money and never contacted my insurance or did anything to allow me to get medication. There is NO way to truly contact them other than by email too, which is concerning. I would NOT advise anyone to use this service. I asked for my money back and they said the fee was NON-refundable-- so BEWARE.

Alpha Medical has been great. I was able to recieve the treatment and care I have needed but have been scared to seek. Being able to communicate via messages anytime is very convenient and reassuring. I highly recommend their services.
