I was content with my first order from Alpha medical. However, once I decided to remove myself from the medication I purchased, Alpha's customer service team was unreachable. I was charged and delivered for another 3 months of medication I did not want after repeatedly reaching out to customer service.

I am so happy that I came across Alpha! They make it so easy to address health issues that I might ordinarily put off, not wanting to make an in person appointment (after the task of just finding even WHERE and WHO to go to first!). Its easy, yet personable and thorough. My assigned healthcare provider took time to communicate with me through messaging to make sure I got appropriate prescriptions, and will be following up with me soon. Using Alpha took away ALL the anxiety and dread that I used to feel with doctor appointments, and I'm so happy to be taking care of myself by accepting the quality and hassle-free care from Alpha!

Alpha is awesome, instead of having to wait to find a doctor and then wait for the appointment for problems I know I already have alpha takes what I have told them and all the pictures of the issues and solves my problem quick and easy! I would recommend alpha to everyone I know dealing with the same issue I was having !

If I can give them zero stars I would! I’ve made several attempts to cancel my account 10 days after opening this account. I requested several times I needed a certain kind of provider and was ignored, I than was told today, they do not have that kind of provider available through their site. I continually receive messages to confirm my cancelation which continually is ignored, I do not recommend using this site. I am yet to get a conformation of my cancelation and my refund.
