I have been meaning to get back on antidepressants for a while, and I finally was ready to do something about it but the thought of scheduling an appointment with a provider and having to wait was weighing on me. After I googled some options, I'm so glad I tried Alpha Medical, that it was legit, quick, easy to use, etc! Definitely try it if you're on the fence, I don't think you'll regret it.

I'm so happy with Alpha Medical. The customer service is great, way better than my doctors office and CVS combined. They are very helpful and quick to respond back to me. I have zero complaints.

Not as advertised! You don't get to speak to an actual doctor, I have been trying to get somebody to speak with me one on one for days and it's like pulling teeth. I finally gave up and am looking into a refund. The complete lack of one on one care to patients is insane. All the responses to my consultation were copied and pasted from a script from nurses, when I asked to speak to somebody personally they insisted that they would not speak to me until I finished a screen with a provider out of network. When I explained I can't afford that they just copy-pasted the same response, with 0 acknowledgement to what I said. There is absolutely no human care or thought put into these responses, they are clearly pre-written. This service is probably fine if you simply need a basic health script filled, like birth control, but I was looking for affordable mental health services. A huge portion of their services are mental health and it's extremely subpar. The last thing you want to experience when you need mental health support is having a provider completely ignore your concerns and speak over you. At the end of the day, this is a service to sell pills. It works fine if you don't need serious help. PS to trans folks - if your name isn't legally changed, they will ship your medication under your deadname. Isn't :) That :) Awesome :)

I was very unhappy initially thinking i would be discounted for my first month of meds for $15. Which sounded reasonable since it was just birth control. I found out that was for the appointment and the birth control was $45. Though I clearly said I wanted a refund for the $15 they continued trying to charge my card for the additional $45 lol. I was made aware the $15 for the appointment was non refundable, which is highly understandable. I removed my card from the site. What do you know, I was still charged $45 when my check cane in and recieved a notification saying my package was on the way🤫 but you know what? maybe that was God warning me I was about to get pregnant! Great price, $45 for three months of birth control.
