I explained my medical needs filled out the information uploaded photos and within a few days received my prescription in the mail !

There is always room for improvement but my experience was very pleasant. Haven’t actually tried the prescription yet because it arrived after I was almost healed.

Provider seems great, but they shipped me a message she’s tapering me off of and already had plenty of. Couldn’t cancel it because I had no idea til it already shipped, so my insurance paid for it and I paid the $10 copay for it just so I could throw it away.

Easy to use site and fast service. Will definitely recommend to others.

Alpha Medical has provided excellent, quick, and thorough mental health care. I have used other companies such as MD Live and Teladoc, but Alpha Medical is by far the best!

Literally the best! I was sketched out at first as I don't do online medical things so much, but I had a yeast infection and due to covid I couldn't get to my doctors the time I wanted to. Urgent care was going to be $100 and an ER visit $500 so I gave in and decided to try Alpha for one time visit of $30. Im so glad I did! I put in a request at night and at 10am this morning I was approved for medication and was sent to my pharmacy ASAP and I got the meds I needed and fast. Loved Alpha and I will DEFINITELY use this service again.
