So far so good

The website was super easy to use and it had discrete packaging, it came so quickly and was a very quick ordering process.

So far, Alpha Medical has been great! I got my 3 month supply shipped right to me and was able to start taking my new birth control within a week of my first visit!

Edit: Customer service reached out to me and was very helpful in refunding the unexpected portion of my bill. . . I signed up for pay for 1 month and requested to keep the bc I am currently on. There was zero effort made to inform me that my prescription would not be eligible for the advertised price and $125 was taken from my account. If they at any point had asked me to confirm that i wanted to pay $125 for one pack of bc, I would have said no. Incredibly shady tactics of them, in my opinion.
