I moved and got new insurance and needed my birth control filled quickly before my other pack ran out. Alpha was super quick & easy to get my birth control filled and it’s the exact prescription I had before.

They did not work with me and my insurance even though my insurance does cover this. I was on the phone with someone trying to get help and they kept saying it was incorrect even though it was not. It’s a great idea but not really sure how secure it is.

The process was simple and convenient. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner.

To other providers, this could save a client's life as multiple in-person psychiatric services are getting backed up; the turnaround time for refills seems to be much faster. Prescription came 1 day early, great instructions included with my meds, they even included a free reusable mask with my order (good quality 2-layer with ear adjusters). I feel like my doctor put a lot of thought into prescribing and worked with me when I had concerns. I feel safe knowing that they are keeping an eye on me. Also, it is a really affordable option for a working class family like mine.
