Excellent customer service

Quick and easy process.

My experience was great so far. They say the provider will respond within 24 hours but mine responds within 2 and the support and RN have been very helpful as well. I had questions about the medication prescribed and my provider was quick to answer them and put me at ease. If you think about how long you generally spend in a doctor’s waiting room and exam room Alpha actually feels much faster. I will be using them for all my medical needs from now on!

I was really excited to try Alpha Medical in the beginning but, so far, the shipping and customer service have been very inconsistent. My last two orders weren't entered correctly, so I had follow up and re-submit my orders both times to include both medications I requested. I've worked in retail, hospital and virtual pharmacies for almost ten years, so I'm concerned about the lack of attention to details here. Clearly someone's not paying attention in order entry or the reviewing process, because the mistakes weren't caught by your company either time. We'll see how my next order goes, but at this point, I'm leaning heavily towards finding another company for my medical care. I need to feel confident that my health needs will be taken care of (which at this point is ONLY TWO medications), and so far Alpha Medical has proven to be unreliable.
