Thorough Dr.s - even though it's online. Alpha exceeded my expectations with their knowledge and focus on overall health and not just medication. Very easy to use!

Hit a few snags in communication regarding getting an Rx filled (lag from pharmacy verifying insurance missing package) However I cant say Alpha is at fault for all of them. When I did have an issue the customer service was very prompt and worked with me to get it resolved which I appreciate. Once you’ve gotten the hang of the platform (easy and intuitive for the most part) it will be a very convenient form of continual care.

I saw an add for Alpha Medical online and thought I would give it a try. I didn’t have high hopes because it sounded too good to be true. I was able to get medicine to help with my mental health at an affordable cost. It’s what I needed and I feel amazing now! Thanks Alpha Medical! (I am also trying out their facial care stuff so I’ll let you know how that goes.)

I finally had enough of always getting these UTIs and googled how to get treatment for them without having to visit a doctors office, while I was on the night shift at Work. I woke up to the prescriptions being ready and I just took the first dose just now. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PROMPT SERVICE! I am so very happy right now! You guys ROCK! :)
