Great, but far from personalized

Was not sure what to think about using an online doctor. I had my reservations. However, the whole process was not complicated. I was kept informed from beginning to end. Medicine was received timely. Very impressed and pleased!!

I’m so happy I went through alpha for my medication. The doctors office was always way too much for a co pay and it took way to much time out my day and I was losing 2 hours from work when I needed to go. I always needed to go see the dr for a refill which was 3 times a month, in my opinion I think that’s crazy. Especially for the mild issue I have. Alpha is so attentive and in 24 hours, really even less than that, they are already responding and answering an questions or concerns I have.
