The delivery of the product was…
The delivery of the product was terrible. The delivery man left the package at my door and didn't even ring the doorbell or call me to let me know, it could easily have been stolen.

I just gave this to my daughter for her…
I just gave this to my daughter for her birthday and it looked like all the products have been opened and the chapstick has been used. Very disappointed that this was not checked before shipped. Not sure what the process is for getting a new one shipped.
