HellocleanersReviews of hellocleaners.us

This was a complete waste of money. First, the cleaning service didn’t show up on the confirmed day and time and no one from Hello Cleaners LLC contacted me. After I called them, they rescheduled for the next day. The cleaning team arrived late. Again, Hello Cleaners LLC did not contact me. Two people came to do a deep clean which cost me over $500. It is completely inappropriate to send two people for a full house deep clean. The tasks listed in the quote were not completed. The toilets were not cleaned. None of the kitchen cabinets, countertops or backsplash were cleaned. None of the windows were wiped. All the surfaces had dusty spots. The entire house needed to be vacuumed again as soon as they left. They did not complete a deep clean. I am extremely dissatisfied. I will never use this company again and would never recommend them.

Make sure when hiring they understand the scope of job etc.

This wonderful team at Hellocleaners got to the rental I manage right on time and did an amazing job cleaning all the focal points I was worried about. Book them online with their organized system and you won't be disappointed!! They have almost immediate booking slots on their website and let you check the boxes that matter most to you in your cleaning request. Thank you, Hellocleaners, for your fair prices as well! I will reach out to you again when the next vacancy comes around!

Was great experience and many opportunities

My apartment had gotten completely out of control because I have a chronic fatigue disorder and a cat with behavioral issues. I'd worked with other cleaners before who didn't understand what we actually needed, but Travis and Johnny showed up perfectly prepared for the job. They were extremely nice, they worked with me to accommodate our cats while they cleaned, and in six hours they transformed an absolute disaster of an apartment into an actually livable space. I was nervous about hiring cleaners but this was the absolute best-case scenario.

Excellent Cleaning Service Showed up on the agreed upon time Cleaned the entire house floor to ceiling after a construction project The cleaners were professional and took care of all areas of the house Recommend to all

After researching several cleaning companies, I chose Hellocleaners for a few key reasons: their transparent, upfront pricing, a clearly outlined checklist of services, and the convenience of paying cash on the day of the appointment. There was a minor scheduling issue on my original appointment day, but they quickly resolved it and completed the cleaning the following day. Although I can’t recall my cleaner’s name, she did an exceptional job. My entire home smelled amazing and easily passed my “fingertip test” for cleanliness. Every detail was thoroughly handled—window sills, door frames, floors, countertops, appliances (inside and out), carpets, closets, baseboards, and blinds were all cleaned to a true white-glove standard. I’ll definitely be using them again, especially for my rental property.
