Product was OK but did not help my pain, according to the “Canadian” company’s website, the product was meant to be fully refunded, no questions asked! No return needed in terms and conditions. When I approached them, they said the product had to be returned to China! I did that, paid $50 for “tracked” shipping, the parcel got lost somewhere in China, neither my post or China post says where the parcel ended up to and the company doesn’t want to fully refund the product. If the product is Canadian and the product is Canadian, why did I need to send it to China? If I would have sent it to Canada, I am sure the parcel would have been completely trackable and would have arrived without incident. Parcels can get lost anywhere, it is harder to deal with post offices in countries like this. And the company’s lack of understanding and not keeping the word on whatthey advertise is very frustrating!

I was hopping that I would get information on how to use the medicine on the followup email, but it did not come up. Neither the link to print the ID card to order the product from dispensary is working. Now it's already after hours, so I have to deal with it tomorrow. Kind of frustrating.

Trying to get into your site is a nightmare! I had to pay my IT guy to do it and he said it was slow and poorly done and he had many problems getting in. The time spent with the doctor was a complete waste of time. His dog was barking and he was rude. Judy at Myriams Hope is very nice and helpful. I actually thought I would get to talk with an expert doctor rather than a pompous, rude man. I would recommend getting some pros that really know what they are doing and want to help others. I talked with a friend who had a similar experience as me with a doctor on your site. You may look for some professionals.

Like me, there are a lot of Veterans, who lived in another world, unknown to these times. We did not grow up with the tech we use today. At the time of the Vietnam war, we had some available new contractions, but over all, not near what they have today. Some have adapted to tech world, but most have not. This is due to a lot of reasons, primarily age. My 2 stars, are for difficulty of use, at least for me. Maybe it's because of my condition towards intolerance? Whatever the set back is; I believe there might be a better way, but perhaps not. The golden rule for any business, is SIMPLE! I hope I have said something that might help, and in the future for a renewal; I hope it is simple........ God & Country David Womack

I like the company, but getting the site to work on my browser turned out to be impossible. I was actually able to use my iphone. Even now, after my medical consultation and approval for the medical use, I STILL can't log into my account from my computer. Most frustrating. Once I got past the technical problems, the Dr. was nice, helpful, and informed, but I had 3 hours of fruatration with the computer before that could happen and STILL can't log into the account through firefox browser.

My doctor was awesome !!! Way more than I ever expected He listened to me !

Dr. Sharon Olson clearly is a kind person with good intentions. But that does not mean that I enjoyed our conversation or learned much from it. I feel cheated, because I was meticulous and thorough in completing my medical history. I even included my recent lab results. Based on our conversation, I cannot be sure she read either. Certainly she didn't see the part where I said I didn't wish to smoke anything, and she almost seemed disappointed that I wouldn't be vaping. The conversation was not about me and my symptoms. She began by telling me I needed to get off of "all" my current medications and recommended genetic testing, even though Western Medicine doesn't support it. Detours through the importance of Biotin and Vitamin D. A handwritten index card with a chart -- "take a picture of this" she said -- without telling me what the chart was for. Then a little printed card again showing me all the things that CBD is good for. Repeatedly, I had to ask her why what she was telling me was important to choosing products. I kept having to steer the conversation back to my actual symptoms -- not inflammation, not needing a little daytime "lift" -- and I am mostly glad it is over. My next objective is to find someone at a dispensary to help me.

I really enjoyed the discerning, in-depth and comprehensive demeanor of the doctor.
