They were fast to reply and send a tech out to me….Technician was prompt, polite and professional. Explained everything, found the cause of the problem, and had the new parts in his car. Waited patiently to let my washer go through its drain cycle. Although they push buying the warranty they don’t insist, but then the price for the parts were pretty high, but by then they got you.

Adam was great and resolved my problem. Very nice and friendly!
