Hi,
We're sorry to hear you were frustrated with your experience.
After reviewing your case, the delay was not due to us ignoring your ticket. The product experienced a temporary downtime, which we communicated as soon as we were aware of it. Once the update was released, the remaining issue was specific to your system configuration rather than the product itself.
Our support team provided the required troubleshooting steps, including disabling Windows security features such as TPM, Secure Boot, Hyper-V, and Windows password protection, as these are necessary requirements for the software to function correctly. We understand that some of these steps can be confusing, which is why we provided the appropriate instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot remotely configure customers' PCs for security and privacy reasons.
Regarding response times, while we always aim to reply as quickly as possible, response times may vary depending on ticket volume. Creating multiple tickets or reopening closed ones can also slow down the process, as it moves your request through the support queue again.
As for your refund request, it is still being handled in accordance with our refund policy. We encourage you to continue working with the same support ticket so we can resolve the issue or finalize your request as efficiently as possible.
Due to your situation and experience with us, id like to offer you a free compensation and personal support from our owner to help you feel more at ease.
We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve both our support process and response times.
