I feel I was scammed by a distributor of the product while I was vacationing in TN, and was unable to return my item. Stephanie at customer service with Hermetise was sorry to hear my experience and offered to send free items to me for my inconvenience. What fabulous customer service.

I had bought the gel peeling mask and moisturizer, and can definitely say I'm impressed with the products. In the past, I had used Onesen skincare products (high quality with the price to match. Gel peel mask and facial cleanser were $183), but I couldn't find anywhere that sold it anymore other than online. Then I came across Hermetise and was blown away that they exceeded the quality of the Onesen peel mask. The customer service was also exceptional as well. The manager and I had probably talked for about a good hour to an hour and a half about different skin care solutions and options for me and was even offered to be a face model for the product and in return would receive products for the price that he pays. Honestly , these products could sell themselves and truly speak for themselves just by even first glance. The packaging, how the brand is presented with it's design and logo is eye catching, even the containers my mask and moisturizer are in, are of a higher quality then most other companies. Everything about Hermetise just emanates they are truly customer-company bonded.

My experience with Agora and the Hermitise products has been extraordinarily positive. I love the vitamin c serum it seems to have even toned my skin. The wrinkle eraser made from the most expensive fruit in the world is the fountain of youth in a bottle. The results are immediate, does what it says it will do. I put it all over my face and enjoy the attention it brings me....it is that noticeable. I highly recommend these products because they absolutely work.

Product was good. Salesman was rude!! Told me that the product would get rid of the brown spots that I was trying to cover with my makeup and then proceeded to call me a cochina which I’m pretty sure in Spanish means dirty girl. There was no way I could afford any of these products, which I told him and he kept lowering the price thinking I was lying . Honestly I didn’t have any money on me. When he finally realized that I was not going to buy anything, he pretty much dismissed me to go ahead and leave . After I left the store, my hands were Burning and dry. Sorry , it’s a no from me!!!

I brought a Hermettise Yubari King Wrinkle Eraser in the store name Trevor Rare on 111 Main St. Ketchikan Alaska on July 11, 2019. The salesman reduced the price from $250 to $200. I gave him $200 US cash. After I paid, he convinced me to buy Jelessi Torche Device which help target fine lines and wrinkles. He offered me USD$900 for the Jelessi Torche and Hermetise Yubari King Wrinkle Eraser together. That means the Jelessi Torche is only for $700. I used my USD visa debt card to pay $450 and my CAD Visa card to pay for the remaining USD$250. Because I had paid him USD$200 in cash. However, when I returned home, I found out my CAD Visa card was charged for CAD$600.95. I was so stupid in purchasing the two beauty products without doing any research while I was cruising in Alaska. This store was not only overcharged my visa account. The Hemettise Yubari King Wrinkle Eraser didnot work at all. I felt like putting on some glue on my eyes. This will not reducing any wrinkle or eye bags on my eyes after using it. I suspected the salesman was using a different product on my face and sold me the one which has no instruction or description in the box. The Jelessi Torche irritated my skin and very itchy. I noticed reddening of the skin over the treated area and felt discomfort even after 72 hours. I stopped using the two products. DO NOT BUY Hermetise and JELESSI TORCHE. It is a scam and the store is a crook.
