I had a great experience with HexAutoParts! They sent a different starter than the one I was looking for, BUT the customer service department remedied the situation promptly. I appreciated my experience and will definitely sho with them again. We all makes mistakes, but its how to resolve the issue that matters most. For this, I am grateful for HexAutoParts!

I bought a master cylinder for my pickup truck. It took a month a before i got around to installing it. Six months later and i am buying anther master cylinder. I didnt get much use from the part purchased for Hexautoparts. My truck is driven very little being that it's not my primary vehicle. I would estimate the part malfunctioned with less than two hundred and fifty miles of survice. I contacted the vendor . I let them know that the seal blew out for the rear brakes. Sorry to hear that was the only response i received. Buy wherever you like. I just wanted you to be aware that the part bought from this vendor may malfunction prematurely.

Sorry for the inconvenience.We only find one sale order from you, which was bought on Oct 26th, 2020 for Brake Master Cylinder fit Chevy Yukon Suburban Avalanche Silverado 1500 19209249 and it has over 6 months.So this item was already out of warranty,hope you could understand. We also write warranty clearly on our listing.We are a realiable and responsible seller, every item under warranty (Six Months) you can return it for exchange if it becomes defective in the proper use of the promise and no man-made destruction. I will never order from this place again the worst customer service, they cheat you out of your money on returns and the phone number they list is fake. This company should be literally shut down in my opinion
