I'm not quite sure if support actually exists. The documentation for the new Key 4 is very lightweight compared to previous manuals and no responses from support within 1 week either. Not the best for a newbie to the product.

Aun no he recibido mi pedido, lo he realizado pagando mas por el transporte y aun no lo he recibido. I have not received my order yet, I have made it paying more for the transport and I have not received it yet.

Completament automática la instalación de bluetooth, sin descargar software ni utilizar las órdenes del "Terminal". Contento por poder usar mi mouse inalámbrico de apple y poder enviar audio a unos altavoces externos, todo a través del mismo HIDEEZ

Item does not pair with computer even after purchasing the dongle. Email to Hideez has produced no help. Waste of money and time.
