I have worked with Higher Ground Land as a listing and buyer agent in Pennsylvania. Great communication and a pleasure to work with. Craig Baronio Whitetail properties

As a Realtor with extensive real estate experience, it is important to me to work with trusted partners. With Josh and Higher Ground Land Company, I have found them to be honest and transparent. They conduct thorough property research to uncover any issues to deal with up front and they are very responsive to questions. All of these traits are critical to both buyers and sellers, as well as to the integrity and professional reputations of businesses like mine who work with them.

This was as smooth and pleasant transaction as I could have hoped for. Never having sold real estate before, everything was explained at a level I could understand and was done so well, I never needed to ask a question. Everything said would happen did. Honest and agreeable. Great company. I will be reaching out to them again in the future. You have won a customer and a voice. Thank you all!!

As a notary who has handled over 10,000 closings, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Josh and Higher Ground Land as his preferred notary for in-person transactions. Over time, I’ve been able to watch both Josh and his company grow — not just professionally, but personally as well. What stands out most is how much Josh has put into his company. That commitment shows in every closing. The process is consistently smooth, organized, and handled personally by himself and his team, which makes my role seamless and rewarding. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Josh and to support a company that continues to grow, evolve, and thrive! I have no doubt that the future for Josh and Higher Ground is exceptionally promising, and I’m proud to be part of the journey.

I rarely ever write a review but this company cold called me wanting to purchase a property I do not want to sell and then when I asked them to share where they got my name and number they would not tell me. My frustration led me to post a one star review. I was later contacted by the owner who shared with me openly and honestly the information I was requesting. He also shared that he will adjust his internal policies to allow for a person with questions like I had to be able to connect to a manager. Thank you for that followup.

As a realtor, working with Josh and Higher Ground Company has been a great experience. Josh, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable in land sales and does an excellent job representing sellers. Communication was always clear and timely, and his professionalism made every transaction smooth and efficient. Higher Ground Company is well-organized, responsive, and truly understands the land market. I’d confidently recommend Josh and his team to sellers and fellow real estate professionals alike.

Josh and the team at Higher Ground Land is what I wish every experience that I have had with a company was like. For context, I was selling a piece of land that was handed down to me by my family that I had no use for. I was talking two other land groups and while I had an ok experience with them, my conversations with Higher Ground just felt different. Like every step in their process was intentional. It was such a noticeable difference that I actually accepted an offer from Higher Ground that was close to $20,000 less than the one of the others. It just felt real and honest from the very beginning, like they’d actually follow through, where I didn’t get that from the others. We closed ahead of schedule, I got the full amount down to the penny, and I’m happy with how it all turned out. I was skeptical at first, but it’s a blessing that I met these guys. Thanks Josh and team.
