About Platform Resolution Team
This profile contains unsolicited, independently submitted Trustpilot feedback. It is not based on a broad customer survey or standardized post-purchase review process, so it should be considered a limited source of public feedback.Reviews appearing on this profile are unsolicited and independently submitted by people who choose to visit Trustpilot on their own rather than through a review invitation.Trustpilot is an open review platform. A reviewer does not need to have been invited, and a review does not necessarily need to be connected to a verified purchase before it can appear publicly. Trustpilot itself explains that genuine experiences are not limited to purchases and that reviewers may post without an invitation.Because reviews are not actively requested from the broader customer base, the reviews shown here should not be interpreted as a representative sample of all customers or orders. Because these reviews are unsolicited, this profile can disproportionately attract people who have independently sought out a public review platform because they have a complaint, concern, or unresolved issue they want addressed. We claimed this Trustpilot profile for one primary reason: to help people who choose to raise concerns here. While our preferred and fastest resolution channel is always direct contact with the support team, we recognize that some people may choose to raise a concern publicly instead. We do not want those concerns left unanswered when our team may be able to help. That is why our Platform Resolution Team reviews and responds to every Trustpilot review so we can investigate concerns, clarify factual misunderstandings, and provide an appropriate resolution where possible. When a review cannot be matched to an order or customer record using the information provided, we will ask the reviewer through Trustpilot for additional details such as an order number, email address, or other identifying information. Very cheap looking, poor quality. Do not buy. Also supposed to come with a free stand which was not in the package. Projector was binned but the stand may have been useful. Contacted company numerous times but no reply. Total scam.

Be aware of this online scam Company …
I strongly suggest that you think twice before purchasing from this awful Company. I received the item which wasn’t as I expected, so requested a return, to even get the address to send it took two weeks and many emails. After packing up and taking to post I discovered it costs half the value of the item and if not received in China then no refund! So I kept the rubbish product, also customer services sent an email telling me off for requesting a return address twice as they are so slow. Worst online buying experience ever . Do not use them !

High Peak Projectors – A House of Deception
Title: Beware: High Peak Projectors – A House of Deception
High Peak Projectors presents itself as a beacon of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction in the realm of projection technology. However, beneath its glossy facade lies a cesspool of deceit, false promises, and utter disregard for customer trust. My recent experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others against falling into the same trap.
Let's start with their website – a meticulously crafted illusion designed to lure unsuspecting consumers into a web of lies. Every claim they make about their products, guarantees, and customer satisfaction is as substantial as a house of cards in a hurricane. Their product descriptions read like works of fiction, painting a picture of unparalleled excellence that simply doesn't exist in reality.
Their guarantees? Nothing but empty words meant to placate wary buyers. I fell victim to their supposed "100% satisfaction guarantee," only to discover that it's nothing more than a cleverly-worded sham. When the projector I purchased turned out to be a malfunctioning piece of junk, getting a refund or even a replacement was akin to trying to extract water from a stone. High Peak Projectors conveniently vanished into thin air, leaving me high and dry with a worthless hunk of metal and plastic.
And don't even get me started on their customer service – or lack thereof. Attempting to reach a representative was an exercise in futility, with emails disappearing into the void and phone calls met with perpetual hold music. It's as if they take pleasure in ignoring the pleas of disgruntled customers, content to let their dissatisfaction fester in the dark corners of cyberspace.
In conclusion, I wouldn't wish the misfortune of dealing with High Peak Projectors on my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and the empty bank account by steering clear of this deceitful company. There are plenty of reputable vendors out there who actually deliver on their promises and value their customers' trust. High Peak Projectors is not one of them, and I wholeheartedly advise against giving them a single cent of your hard-earned money.

Wish I could rate the service 0
Wish I could rate the service 0, quality is rubbish even with the upgrade product had clearly been used before arriving, was told there would be a free tripod but that didn't arrive and they just completely ignore you, not worth sending back cause of the time and cost but urge people to stay away from them.
